At British Walker We Believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction.
We will Accept all Returns & Exchanges of unworn and unused Items In the Original Condition within 30 Days for an Exchange, Store Credit, or a Refund.
Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free return shipping. Purchasers that opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged. Countries that are eligible for checkout+ coverage include the US, UK, EU, and CA.
All international customers who did not qualify for or did not purchase checkout+ coverage are responsible for sending back their items for returns or exchanges. This process is started through our return portal.
Please Note We Will NOT Take Back or exchange Any Items That Are NOT in The Original Condition, Any Returns Received Without the Original Box. All Refunds Take 2-10 Business Days Depending On the Card Used.
Customers in the US also can benefit from package protection by purchasing checkout+ coverage. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, once approved, we'll replace the item at no extra cost (or issue a refund/store credit if it's out of stock). For damaged items, please include a photo of the damage when you file.
